Here’s a recipe for Creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta.
Ingredients:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season the chicken breast pieces with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken pieces and cook until they are browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Lower the heat to medium and add the heavy cream, grated Parmesan cheese, unsalted butter, and garlic powder to the skillet. Stir continuously until the sauce is smooth and creamy, about 3-4 minutes.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat it with the Alfredo sauce.
Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet and toss until it is evenly coated with the sauce.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the pasta is heated through and the sauce has thickened slightly.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
Serve hot and enjoy your creamy Chicken Alfredo Pasta!
Feel free to adjust the seasoning and consistency of the sauce according to your taste preferences.
